CIRCLEVILLE - A Stoutsville man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday in Hocking County, according to the Athens Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Lucas J.S. Conley, 18, of Stoutsville, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hocking County Coroner.

According to reports, Conley was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier westbound on Ellis Road in Hocking County about 5:22 p.m. Saturday when he went left of center and struck a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Sheila M. Azbell, 51, of Rockbridge.

Azbell was transported by Air Evac to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Dustin A.K. Miller, 18, of Laureville, a passenger in Conley's vehicle, was transported by Med-Flight One to Grant Medical Center in Columbus. His injuries were considered life-threatening, but Trooper Alan Stalder said Tuesday that Miller was listed in stable condition at last report.

Funeral arrangements for Conley can be found here.

The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
